Global Commercial Controller (Manufacturing)

Focus on developing BI tools, conducting profitability reviews, and acting as a finance co-pilot for sales and global key accounts.

Location: Based in Espoo, Finland (Hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day flexible)

What you will do

• Act as a Finance co-pilot to Sales, Global Key Accounts, and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Deliver insights, analytics, and KPI management frameworks to support profitable growth.
• Identify pricing opportunities and conduct customer profitability and product portfolio analyses.
• Support sales incentive plan design, target setting, and credit policy reviews.
• Lead the annual budget review, consolidation, and broader financial processes.
• Develop and enhance Business Intelligence tools and reporting structures for the Commercial organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles with strong Commercial Finance exposure.
• University degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, costing, and profitability methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems, OneStream, and BI tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Espoo, Finland (4 days per week on-site).
