TL;DR

Investments Intern (Gaming): Evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting market research on gaming trends, and analyzing portfolios with an accent on venture investing in ambitious game teams and technology. Location: Helsinki – onsite/hybrid with most time in office, must already live in Finland and have right to work there, no relocation support

What you will do

• Conduct market research on gaming trends and evaluate new investment opportunities
• Analyze current direct investments and VC fund portfolio
• Participate in strategic corporate development projects
• Collaborate with AI Innovation Lab on potential investments
• Support investee companies and evaluate their games
• Work on ad hoc projects to grow network and improve investee support

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Genuine passion for games and interest in venture investing
• Studying towards relevant university degree (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering) with at least 120 ECTS
• Analytical and strategic mindset for investment processes
• Comfortable with financial/market data and basic analytical/presentational tools
• Right to work in Finland

Nice to have

• Previous experience in gaming, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or investment banking
