Social Media Manager (Fintech): Developing and executing social media strategies for the MENA region to increase brand awareness and user engagement with an accent on content optimization and influencer management. Focus on driving website traffic, managing paid campaigns, and coordinating regional on-ground activations.

Location: Based in Limassol, Cyprus (Full relocation support provided)

What you will do

  • Build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy through research, platform determination, and benchmarking.
  • Create and manage engaging content and paid campaigns to drive community action and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and partners within the MENA region to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Define and track ambitious KPIs, reporting on social media achievements and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage company reputation and lead social media activations during events.
  • Manage allocated budgets for social media and influencer activities to ensure efficient spend.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fintech, banking, or the brokerage industry.
  • Native-level Arabic and full fluency in English required.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn) from ideation to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics and listening tools.
  • Proven experience working with agencies, influencers, and content creators.
