Focus on bridging the gap between business/risk users and technical teams to ensure seamless data migration and sign-off.

Location: Hybrid - Remote accepted with once every 4-6 weeks onsite in Zurich, Switzerland

What you will do

• Manage reconciliation between legacy market data sources and the new platform to achieve sign-off with business and risk stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify requirements from business and risk users, translating them for federated technical teams.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and developers to resolve data issues.
• Unblock technical teams by providing necessary business or risk context.
• Support the Project Manager with technical follow-ups, open item tracking, and stakeholder clarifications.

Requirements

• Background as a Business Analyst with solid technical understanding of data platforms, ingestion, and APIs.
• Experience working within Market Data, Risk, or Trading environments.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with both business/risk users and development teams.
• Experience in requirements engineering and reconciliation/sign-off processes.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
