What you will do

• Participate in a 24-month development journey with structured rotations across different teams and business areas.
• Work within specialized domains such as AI, Software Development, 5G, Network Deployment, Automation, Cybersecurity, and IoT.
• Collaborate to deliver world-leading technology to business and consumer customers globally.
• Take on business exposure and accountability from day one within the Global Graduates community.
• Complete two 6-month rotations to gain a broad understanding of hirify.global's operational impact.

Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM fields (graduated or on track to receive one in 2026).
• Maximum 2 years of working experience after the completion of studies.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Demonstrated adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and ability to offer out-of-the-box solutions.
• Passion for technology and the future of digital.
