What you will do

• Design and implement a progressive PT program to transition recruits from baseline fitness to operational readiness.
• Establish performance standards, assessment frameworks, and regular fitness testing protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PT instructors to ensure safe and high-quality training delivery.
• Integrate physical training with other program elements such as field training and marksmanship.
• Implement injury prevention strategies and coordinate rehabilitation efforts with medical teams.
• Manage PT facilities, equipment, and scheduling to support large-scale training delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading physical training programs in a military, law enforcement, or high-performance environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fitness development, injury prevention, and performance assessment.
• Ability to deliver structured, standards-driven training in demanding environments.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
