What you will do

• Design, implement, and refine a specialized infantry training program from foundational soldiering to mission-ready capability.
• Establish and enforce tactical and technical training standards using structured assessment frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructors to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
• Oversee safe and realistic training delivery, adapting scenarios based on operational doctrine and performance.
• Integrate training domains including physical training, marksmanship, and combat support functions.
• Manage training resources, ranges, and equipment while implementing robust safety and risk management for live-fire activities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in specialized infantry or combat arms roles within a military environment.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Strong operational military background.
