What you will do

• Manage a small back-office team while personally handling daily operational activities.
• Monitor and ensure the proper settlement and booking of securities, cash, and digital assets transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliations of positions and transactions and resolve breaks.
• Process corporate actions and crypto-specific actions such as staking.
• Produce regulatory, tax, stamp tax, and client reports.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve the platform and test new features as a business user.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, banking, or accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in back-offices of regulated financial institutions or fintech.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a small team (3-5 people).
• Deep expertise in back-office operations for banks or securities broker-dealers.
• Fluent English proficiency.
