What you will do

• Lead the implementation of new technologies and standardize best practices and methodologies across frontend teams.
• Develop high-performance, scalable web applications for desktop, mobile, and hybrid in-app environments.
• Build reusable libraries and frameworks to increase development efficiency and improve code quality.
• Collaborate on technical designs, roadmap planning, and perform comprehensive peer code reviews.
• Fine-tune the technical stack with a focus on performance, security, and stability.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow their technical capabilities and career.

Requirements

• Must be based in Asia.
• 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web services, microservices, APIs, and SOA.
• Strong understanding of state-management patterns such as Redux or Flux.
