What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop, implement, and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Perform intake and readmission services, including crisis intervention.
• Coordinate patient care with community providers and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Orient patients to treatment program operations and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-service training to staff and support caseload management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Centennial, CO (On-site role).
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current valid licensure: LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, or ADDC.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with proper judgment.
• Knowledge of substance abuse populations and treatment planning.
• Compliance with federal and state regulations regarding certification and licensure.
