What you will do

• Copyedit blog posts, white papers, marketing copy, and UX copy via Monday board.
• Fact-check all pieces of copy to ensure high credibility and technical accuracy.
• Adhere strictly to LTV style guides, copyeditor guidelines, and AP style best practices.
• Manage and respond to tasks and tickets using Jira boards.
• Maintain a rapid turnaround time (same-day or next-day) while ensuring quality.

Requirements

• Must have ASE Mechanic certification.
• Strong grasp of English language, grammar, and style nuances.
• Proficiency in using Jira boards for task management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in PR, Digital PR, journalism, or marketing.
• Knowledge of real estate, automotive, or cybersecurity industry news and trends.
• Experience with media interviews or being quoted in consumer news stories.
