What you will do

• Build and maintain web applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
• Convert PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with systems such as Salesforce, Sage, Quickbooks, and various ERPs.
• Optimize database queries and manage migrations in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, well-documented code following MVC architecture and SOLID principles.
• Collaborate in a LEMP environment using GIT/SVN for version control.

Requirements

• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Eloquent ORM, Blade, and Composer.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web security best practices (SQL injection, XSS/CSRF mitigation).
• English: C1 level (excellent written and spoken) required.
• Timezone: Ability to work hours similar to the team (9:00am-6:00pm PT).
• Reliable workstation with fast internet and power (maximum 1 hour outage per month).

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js, React, or the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Livewire).
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).
• Proficiency with WordPress and Magento 1/2.
