Junior Performance Marketing Manager (Amazon SEA): Planning and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns for ecommerce clients with an accent on keyword research and performance monitoring. Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia. International relocation support can be agreed on if needed.
Salary: 1500–1800 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Plan, steer, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals.
- Evaluate campaign activities and prepare actionable reports for clients.
- Conduct detailed keyword research for advertised products to optimize campaign foundations.
- Develop campaign strategies for new and existing customers in collaboration with senior colleagues.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Services is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables.
- Strong analytical mindset and technical understanding with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia.
