What you will do
- Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage Kubernetes resources, including pods, namespaces, services, and ingress.
- Deploy and troubleshoot containerized workloads using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Ensure platform security and reliability through RBAC, certificates, secrets, and monitoring.
- Provide operational support and incident resolution in collaboration with DevOps and SRE teams to meet SLAs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes administration.
- Experience supporting containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cluster installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
- Proficiency in security, monitoring, logging, automation, and scripting.
- Location: Must be based in Mexico City.
Nice to have
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280).
- Experience integrating OpenShift with VMware, storage, and networking.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
