What you will do

  • Support and scale the UGC/creator program, including sourcing, onboarding, and support.
  • Manage influencers using paid, barter, and hybrid models.
  • Execute a content-driven influence strategy focused on high-quality creative production.
  • Initiate and produce creative integrations, challenges, and special projects with creators.
  • Scale content volume and diversity across TikTok, Shorts, and Reels.
  • Collaborate with product, community, and monetization teams to align content with goals and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in influence or creator marketing, preferably in gaming or app-based industries.
  • Hands-on experience with paid, barter, and creator program models.
  • Ability to produce content end-to-end, from ideation and briefing to final execution.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Shorts, and Reels viral mechanics.
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
  • Native Russian language.

Nice to have

  • Experience with gaming products, life simulators, or RP games.
  • Understanding of brand marketing and awareness strategies.
  • Experience launching ambassador programs or creator communities.
  • Skills in creative copywriting and storytelling.
