What you will do

• Create new packaging designs and adapt existing ones within the design system
• Retouch product photography and prepare print-ready files, including for flexo printing
• Produce high-quality digital packshots for various channels
• Identify and resolve printing or production issues with internal and external partners
• Maintain consistency and high quality across all packaging assets

Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in packaging design or similar role
• Confident with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, strong retouching and artwork production skills
• Understanding of printing techniques and production-ready file preparation
• Strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency
• Structured, efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
