What you will do

• Identify potential candidates through online research, social media, and job boards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support recruiters.
• Communicate with candidates to introduce opportunities and generate interest.
• Keep recruitment databases and records up to date.
• Learn and apply sourcing techniques to find top professionals in various fields.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher - ability to communicate confidently in writing.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable working with online platforms, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Ability to work both independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search or recruitment tools (can be trained).
