What you will do

• Operate, scale, and improve production Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud Platform.
• Provision infrastructure using Terraform and manage messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Handle edge networking with Cloudflare and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Partner with teams to tune Java services and manage observability tools like Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Lead incident response, conduct postmortems, define SLOs/SLIs, and improve monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Support high-availability data stores such as MySQL and ClickHouse.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
• Solid experience with GCP (or another major cloud provider)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Experience with messaging/event streaming (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure, networking, and applications; production incidents and postmortems
• Scripting/automation (Bash, Python) and strong Linux knowledge

Nice to have

• Running MySQL or ClickHouse in production (HA, replication, failover, backups)
• High-scale environments (iGaming, fintech, SaaS)
• Implementing SLO/SLI frameworks
