TL;DR

Lead UX-UI Designer (Ecommerce): Defining UX vision and coordinating interface design projects across product tribes with an accent on transversal leadership, mentorship, and harmonization of design practices. Focus on linking design conception to KPIs, conducting design reviews, building design skills plans, and fostering design culture.

Paris, Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite, up to 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Provide transversal leadership and mentorship for UX-UI designers in the Domain Distribution Channels (no direct reports).
  • Ensure connection between design conception and KPIs to measure delivery success.
  • Finalize design reviews within the domain.
  • Gather UX community, spread design culture, and build skills development plans.
  • Accountable for hirify.globalTech-level practices, common frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Apply strong knowledge of usability, interaction design, and information architecture.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (multinational team).
  • At least 3 years leading a team/community of UX/UI designers.
  • Expert in Lean UX, Double Diamond, and design thinking methods.
  • Empathetic leadership with strong verbal, rhetorical, and group collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in emotional design and design systems.

  • Experience with e-commerce sites.
