What you will do

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the frontline people operating model for airside shift teams.
• Build and embed a high-performance, safety-led culture across Airside Operations.
• Design and implement robust performance frameworks, KPIs, and feedback rhythms to drive operational standards.
• Drive strategic workforce planning to ensure capacity and resilience for daily, seasonal, and peak demands.
• Oversee technical, safety, and leadership training while maintaining strict people governance and HR compliance.
• Leverage operational data and insights to identify risks and implement sustainable behavioral and capability improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing teams in complex operational, regulatory, or safety-critical environments, ideally in aviation.
• Experience implementing new operating models or leading teams through organizational and cultural transformation.
• Proven track record in embedding performance management systems and accountability cultures.
• Strong ability to use operational and performance data to drive decision-making and deliver measurable improvements.
• Deep understanding of shift-based operational rhythms and aviation regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of airfield operations and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
