TL;DR

Senior P&C Business Partner (HR): Delivering People & Culture strategies and operational HR support for Global Finance and Managed Services teams with an accent on employee relations, labor law, and workforce planning. Focus on resolving complex ER cases, coaching managers, and implementing data-driven HR solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Iasi, Romania (office presence 2-3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Drive the delivery of the People & Culture Strategy and processes across assigned business areas.
  • Provide coaching on labor law and policies to ensure managers can effectively handle employee relations.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER issues, including disciplinaries, exits, and sick leave cases.
  • Influence managers on workforce planning, compensation strategy, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Analyze key trends and metrics to drive data-driven HR initiatives and policies.
  • Take responsibility for the performance management process, system, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience with organizations in Romania is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Experience in workforce planning, retention, and compensation management.
  • English proficiency required to support global teams across DACH, Poland, and Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with organizations in Germany and/or Poland.
