What you will do

• Support serial production and manage technical changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proactively resolve manufacturing and ERP-related issues.
• Coordinate rework and scrapping activities.
• Prepare and analyze Net Variable Cost (NVC) calculations.
• Monitor manufacturing and material costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical education in Industrial Management, Production Management, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical understanding of drawings and assembly processes.
• English: Good proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
