What you will do

• Prepare and update employment contracts and related legal agreements.
• Conduct legal research on employment law topics and draft practical legal memos.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of global P&C policies and compliance tools.
• Support P&C documentation and administrative processes on a global level.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and support legal and HR workflows.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for internal use across the P&C department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related MSc program.
• Strong interest in People & Culture and employment law.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Availability to work 10–15 hours per week.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years.

Nice to have

• Experience advising on employment law and/or collective agreements.
• Strong communication skills and a flair for creating clear, easy-to-understand presentations.
