IT Support Technician (Quantum Computing)

What you will do

• Handle general IT ticketing, problem escalation, and L1/L2 support for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including automated onboarding, offboarding, and equipment procurement.
• Configure and maintain workstations, videoconferencing equipment, servers, and network hardware.
• Administer IT software licenses, user directories, access rights, and security conformity via MDM servers.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory and develop an up-to-date internal knowledge base with accurate procedures.
• Identify and automate IT processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Technical Support.
• Proficiency in working with Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Aubervilliers, France.
