What you will do

• Manage vendor subscriptions, contracts, and renewals, negotiating agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate end-to-end corporate travel arrangements and company-wide internal events.
• Oversee corporate apartment logistics, including billing, repairs, and visitor security access.
• Maintain a clean, well-functioning workspace and coordinate day-to-day maintenance with landlords.
• Collaborate with the Head of Workplace Experience to improve internal processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in office management, project management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Valid European legal working status.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to assist with reception tasks when needed.
