What you will do

• Respond to customer emails on changes and incidents within SLA, log tickets, escalate, and chase closures.
• Monitor SolarWinds system and Nexmo SMS balance, report abnormalities.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly performance reports, ACS reports, and prepare service review materials.
• Conduct half-yearly customer satisfaction surveys.
• Handle procurement: release payment requests, generate purchase orders and shopping carts.
• Input billed items and RFS into Salesforce before month-end.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
• Degree holder; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Customer service or call center experience an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills for phone and in-person interactions.
• Problem-solving, clear instructions, time management, and teamwork in target-oriented environment.
