What you will do

  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails.
  • Perform ID verification and follow up on documentation to ensure timely report delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Apply basic sales techniques to promote and upsell relevant products to increase revenue.
  • Assist in the testing, implementation, and launch of new products.
  • Deploy company policies and standards to achieve assigned KPIs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related customer service field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur for office-based work.
