What you will do
- Provide risk-based advice on travel security and mitigation measures for employees.
- Monitor global developments to assess potential impacts on personnel and operations.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve emergency and crisis management plans.
- Support the Emergency Response Team during active incidents and crisis situations.
- Collaborate with HR, HSE, and Insurance on integrated risk management and governance.
- Deliver security briefings to travelers and project teams.
Requirements
- Education or equivalent experience in security, risk, emergency preparedness, or crisis management.
- Practical experience in travel security and incident/crisis response.
- Demonstrated ability to apply risk judgment in operational contexts.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Horten, Norway
