What you will do

• Support month-end closing procedures and year-end steering activities.
• Calculate monthly and quarterly bonuses based on established KPIs.
• Manage the budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Provide monthly analysis of variances against budget and forecasts.
• Develop and track cost-saving opportunities and monitor existing initiatives.
• Implement new controlling processes and support the CFO with special projects.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• 7 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
• Very good written and spoken English and Slovak skills.

Nice to have

• ACCA, CFA, or Big4 experience.
