What you will do

• Investigate assigned alerts and transactions following defined SOPs.
• Detect and report suspicious behavior or irregularities in customer actions.
• Document investigation steps and maintain high-quality audit trails for compliance.
• Flag and escalate unclear or high-risk cases to Senior Analysts or Team Leads.
• Contribute to identifying recurring fraud types and suggest workflow improvements.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and team huddles to align on fraud trends.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fraud detection, customer support, payments, or risk roles.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of online transactions, digital platforms, or financial products.
• Comfort working with data, fraud tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Must be based in Egypt for onsite work.
