What you will do

  • Plan daily field activities, coordinate village surveys, and track team productivity and quality metrics.
  • Coach and develop field officers, conduct performance reviews, and address underperformance.
  • Monitor surveys in the field, resolve difficult cases like fraud or hard-to-find recipients, and ensure quality control.
  • Identify risks (e.g., political instability, recipient refusals) and propose process improvements.
  • Handle administrative tasks, training, and representation with local officials and external visitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and at least 3 years in humanitarian sector
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, strong work ethic, and alignment with hirify.global values
  • Preferred languages: Lulamogi & Lugwere (Kaliro), Lumasaba (Bulambuli), Ateso (Amuria)
  • Ability to work independently in challenging field conditions
