What you will do

• Test and evaluate AI outputs for visual consistency, correctness, and overall user experience quality.
• Research and implement emerging AI techniques and workflows to optimize generation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers and creative teams to validate new features and ensure production readiness.
• Maintain a steady release cadence by delivering polished, high-quality characters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles.
• Hands-on expertise in LoRA training and generative AI model fine-tuning.
• Strong creative judgment for designing character traits and visual identities.
• Comfort working in iterative, high-frequency training and testing cycles.
• Fluent English communication skills for technical collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States.
