What you will do
- Develop and execute GTM initiatives like sales strategies, channel development, and commercial campaigns with clear roadmaps and measurable goals.
- Define KPIs and indicators for new programs, course-correct performance, and embed scalable structures for sales efficiency.
- Design sales operating models covering processes, coverage, motions, and tooling; run pilots and resolve inefficiencies.
- Lead concurrent initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations, managing dependencies and tracking impact.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or related field with hands-on B2B sales in fast-moving startup or scale-up.
- Understanding of B2B sales performance drivers: pipeline dynamics, sales cycles, coverage models, channel economics, buyer behavior.
- Ability to own strategy and execution, from strategy decks to implementation.
- Strong operating model and process design skills; sharp analytical skills for segmentation, modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels; high tolerance for ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or sales tech (Dynamics CRM, HubSpot).
- Background in channel strategy or launching new sales motions.
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth environment.
