What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, and email.
- Manage support cases by collecting relevant customer information and recording data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate customer feedback and improve product quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reselling partners and end-users worldwide.
- Participate in occasional on-site events.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in French and Ukrainian.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English for internal communication.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong communication, listening, and empathy skills.
- Problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain stress-resistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Kyiv to work in a hybrid format.
