What you will do

• Lead the ODD periodic review program, ensuring timely risk assessments, data collection, and documentation.
• Coach and develop the team, assign workloads, monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews.
• Define review standards, SLAs, KPIs, and quality controls for consistency.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, Acquiring, and other teams to resolve risk findings.
• Drive process improvements through workflow streamlining, automation, and reporting.
• Prepare risk assessments and escalations for senior stakeholders and ensure compliant merchant communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in risk management, AML/KYC, or regulatory compliance, including 2+ years in leadership
• Strong expertise in anti-fraud, KYC/AML frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Proven risk-based decision-making, data collection, evidence management, and documentation standards
• Solid understanding of audit processes and ability to support audit readiness
