What you will do

• Manage program performance against production schedules, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers regarding production issues, delivery coordination, and performance reporting.
• Achieve product cost objectives through monthly reviews and involvement in make/buy decisions.
• Translate program requirements into site-level demand and ensure production departments have the necessary planning and capacity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and logistics organizations to meet customer commitments.
• Provide project management support for transitions and new product introduction (NPI), monitoring cost, schedule, and task completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant planning, program, or project management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Must be based in Baguio City, PH
