What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks across various teams.
• Support project execution by managing task tracking systems, specifically Jira, with high precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures, and status updates.
• Organize and maintain documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate potential blockers to streamline coordination processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including dashboards, automations, custom fields, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts across different teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
