Location: Remote-friendly from France and Spain. You must be located in Paris or Barcelona. Flexible remote with office or home option in Paris; coworking access elsewhere. Work from anywhere up to 3 months per year.

What you will do
- Immerse in teams for short-medium periods to tackle high-priority projects, identify challenges, design solutions, and drive results autonomously.
- Foster positive team culture, monitor dynamics, build trust, and act as a bridge between teams and CEO Office.
- Collaborate with teams to define and track quarterly/annual objectives and support performance reviews.
- Take on versatile roles like Account Manager, BizOps automation, recruitment leadership, and more.
- Work directly with CoS and Founders on pivotal business needs, strategic decisions, and company growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Finance, Consulting, or Startups
- Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Fluency in English; located in Paris or Barcelona.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, productivity tools proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, organization, and autonomy.
