What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality interior components at the intersection of design, engineering, and user experience.
• Deliver tactile, visually refined, and production-feasible components contributing to cohesive interior environments.
• Translate design intent into detailed, production-ready solutions reflecting human-centric design.
• Balance aesthetics, function, ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to communicate design intent through sketching and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Experience in Automotive OEM or supplier environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready component designs.
• Strong sketching and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization tools (Alias, Blender, Photoshop, VRED).
• Solid understanding of ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
