What you will do

• Provide direction for data architecture and select the right tools based on requirements.
• Manage end-to-end execution of high-performance, large-scale data projects including design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Optimize and monitor team-related cloud costs.
• Design and build monitoring tools for data process efficiency and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD for data workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data engineering and big data at large scales.
• Extensive experience with modern data stack: Snowflake, Delta Lake, Iceberg, BigQuery, Redshift.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar for real-time data processing.
• Pyspark, Databricks.
• Strong software development background with Python/OOP and building large-scale data pipelines.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes; expertise in ETL, data modeling, data warehousing.
