What you will do

• Design observability systems to monitor HIL bench health, uptime, and utilization across sites
• Build tools and workflows to minimize downtime and operational overhead
• Manage HIL infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and security
• Develop automation for configuration, change tracking, and version control
• Integrate HIL into test automation, CI pipelines, and scheduling
• Triage issues, define operational agreements, and drive improvements
• Implement access control and remote interaction with IT/security teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related
• 2+ years with test infrastructure like HIL or hardware/software test environments
• Proficiency with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Strong scripting/automation with Python, Bash or similar
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix, command line
• Familiarity with CI/CD, test scheduling, orchestration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

• Platform operations, SRE, or scaling test infrastructure experience
• Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Terraform)
