What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models for business use cases, with a current focus on recommender systems.
• Deploy and maintain batch and real-time machine learning systems at enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate experimental models into robust production-ready solutions.
• Continuously improve model accuracy, system efficiency, and overall platform capabilities.
• Define team best practices and engineering standards for machine learning development.
• Research and integrate the latest industry insights into the company's ML community.

Requirements

• Professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions, with a focus on deep learning.
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks and familiarity with end-to-end deployment workflows.
• Experience training models using GPUs and a strong interest in distributed computing and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps workflows, including version control, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
