What you will do

• Design and produce comprehensive Game Design Documentation (GDD) for Instant Win Games focused on international iLottery markets, especially the US.
• Adapt game mechanics, themes, and player experiences to local US preferences and regulatory constraints.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming workshops to generate new game concepts and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis leveraging customer insights, player behavior analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, studios, and cross-functional teams across Europe and the United States.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing content design and development team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Game Designer, ideally within iLottery, gaming, or regulated digital entertainment.
• Strong expertise in Instant Win Games mechanics and player engagement models.
• In-depth understanding of the US iLottery market.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional, international environments.
