What you will do

• Develop packaging design and testing for robotics capital devices, field replaceable units (FRUs), and batteries.
• Drive packaging solutions for complex new product development and engineering programs in multidisciplinary environments.
• Evaluate current medical device package designs, perform gap assessments, and execute remediation plans.
• Lead verification of packaging systems, author protocols, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage multiple projects and cross-functional global teams to meet schedules and strategic goals.
• Champion new packaging technologies and materials across global locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or advanced degree with 2+ years
• Expertise in packaging engineering for medical devices
• Ability to interact with R&D, Operations, Labeling, Tooling, Sourcing, and Marketing
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship for this level)
• Must meet physical demands including independent mobility and computer interaction

Nice to have

• Degree in Packaging Science, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
