Finance Manager

TL;DR

Finance Manager (Finance & Administration): Ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with local regulations and group standards with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business partnering. Focus on leading financial processes, managing audits, supervising teams, and supporting operational initiatives in a multinational environment.

Location: Turkey (Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office). Must be currently based in Turkey and hold a valid Turkey work permit. No relocation support or visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Deliver timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) per local GAAP and IFRS
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and compensation processes with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, tax, and VAT
• Manage internal/external audits, contracts, insurance, and banking matters
• Supervise and develop the local accounting and finance team
• Act as business partner for operational and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in accounting, controlling, financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, SOX; local statutory accounting
• Proven people management, coaching, team development
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years in similar role in multinational/matrix organizations
• Advanced analytical skills; high proficiency in Excel and MS Office
