What you will do

• Monitor client trading activities to identify and report irregular patterns and abnormal behavior.
• Process various types of alerts to ensure secure trading activities.
• Determine risk levels in cases of trading abuse and report suspicious behaviors to analysts.
• Escalate system bugs to relevant departments and follow up on case closures.
• Prevent abuse activities under the supervision of trading analysts during high-risk attacks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience within the CFDs/Forex industry (e.g., monitoring dealer).
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance (preferable).
• Knowledge of basic CFD terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin) and Order/Execution processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing).
• Ability to work shifts and weekends.
