What you will do
- Monitor client trading activities to identify and report irregular patterns and abnormal behavior.
- Process various types of alerts to ensure secure trading activities.
- Determine risk levels in cases of trading abuse and report suspicious behaviors to analysts.
- Escalate system bugs to relevant departments and follow up on case closures.
- Prevent abuse activities under the supervision of trading analysts during high-risk attacks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the CFDs/Forex industry (e.g., monitoring dealer).
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance (preferable).
- Knowledge of basic CFD terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin) and Order/Execution processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing).
- Ability to work shifts and weekends.
