What you will do

• Re-design, create, and test sub-systems for the lithography product line within system specifications.
• Lead software aspects related to system repairs, refurbishments, and troubleshooting to provide structural solutions.
• Introduce new technology and design concepts to reform systems and extend product life cycles.
• Support Manufacturing and Customer Support organizations to resolve high-end technical escalations.
• Develop and implement software for customer-specific requirements in a multidisciplinary team.
• Optimize equipment modules to ensure overall system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software design for multi-disciplinary equipment (measurement tools, positioning, or handling systems).
• Proficiency in C, VxWorks, and Solaris, including relevant configuration tools.
• Experience controlling sensors and actuators of motion, optical, and illumination systems.
• Good English and Mandarin language skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unix/Linux system administration, installation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of computer networking.
• Proven track record in Quality & Efficiency improvement projects.
