What you will do

• Design and implement automated and exploratory tests to ensure high product quality.
• Develop automation scripts using open-source tools and build scalable frameworks.
• Integrate GenAI tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT into the testing lifecycle for test data and case generation.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, document bugs, and track QA metrics such as defect density.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and review system requirements.
• Analyze non-conforming software and provide solutions and training to users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a QA or QA Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python for web/API automation.
• Must be based in Latin America; candidates from the USA will be disqualified.
• English and Spanish proficiency at B2 level.
• Hands-on experience applying GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to real-world delivery.
• Knowledge of testing management tools such as Jira with Xray or Zephyr.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
• Experience with cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack.
• Knowledge of SQL for database queries.
• Experience in e-commerce, banking, or financial industry testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
