TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote from Spain

What you will do

• Build performant APIs and backend solutions
• Implement UX/UI designs into production frontend using React and TypeScript
• Develop and manage databases and applications
• Convert business requirements into production-ready solutions collaborating with engineers
• Propose and implement codebase improvements
• Design systems handling thousands of transactions per second
• Collaborate on prototypes for A/B testing, MVP, and usability evaluations

Requirements

• 3+ years with Python
• 3+ years with React
• 50/50 frontend/backend experience (or 70/30 split)
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Production MySQL and strong SQL skills
• Building, maintaining, testing, and documenting APIs
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Python frameworks like FastAPI
• TypeScript
• Docker in production with Kubernetes/Fargate/ECS/EKS
• AWS ecosystem, SQS/SNS or RabbitMQ/Kafka
• Other data stores like ElasticSearch or DynamoDB
