What you will do

• Code and program web applications, implementing new functionality and modifying program logic.
• Provide ongoing technical support, including system updates, optimizations, and maintenance activities.
• Respond to urgent troubleshooting requests and resolve technical issues by analyzing and correcting code.
• Prepare and maintain programming documentation for assigned software modules.
• Collaborate with the Incubator lead and team to provide regular development updates.
• Provide potential mentorship or supervision to undergraduate student trainees.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and maintaining AI or Machine Learning (ML) systems, especially in educational technology.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
